Responsibilities
Installation of the OAS. (Oracle Analytical Server)
Maintenance of the OAS Server and troubleshooting Installation and Administration of OAS on multiple servers in a clustered setup
Deployment of already developed OAS reports on these servers Progress Reports
Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Well versed with SSL renewal process, OAS maintenance activities, Database switchover validation and TNS configuration
Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Monitor platform critical processes and systems
Install, configure, and support new and existing servers and network infrastructure
Installation of Java security patches
Plan and implement upgrades needed to maintain service levels, including security
Maintain server uptime consistent with Business goals and metrics
Carry out all activities pertaining to supporting Infrastructure that our platform runs on, including monitoring the Application, investigating, and resolving Alerts and Outages, configuring the Monitoring/Alerting tooling, investigating external and internal client reported issues, and carrying out BAU maintenance activities
Planning, execution and testing of the Platform’s Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery capability
Manage the performance objectives and professional development of the support team, including initiation, monitoring, review and validation of individual training and development plans in line with organizational and business requirements
Identify opportunities to stabilize, scale and simplify operations through continuous improvement activities
Liaise with vendors supplying IT related products and negotiate contracts for equipment and services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with experience in Information Technology
Must have at least experience in Oracle Analytical Server and OBIEE 12C
Preferred
Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role
In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem-solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
Experience in Oracle Products like OBIEE 11G and 12C
Experience in the telecommunication industry
Good to have with experience in Cloud technologies
