Director/ExecutiveBenemere is seeking a Director of Tax and Accounting for a full-time, on-site role in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The Director will oversee tax compliance processes, manage accounting operations, and provide strategic tax planning advice while ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.

Responsibilities
Build Tax and Accounting practice tools and back office
Be the core relationship manager for clients
Manage work loads and processes
Handle client requests
Close sales opportunities
Offer outsourced payroll and other software/hardware/etc
Opportunity to promote other services and solutions across ecosystem of wealth, legal, benefits, and insurance
Qualification
Required
Must be a CPA
Strong expertise in Tax Compliance and Tax Preparation
Comprehensive knowledge of Tax and Tax Law
Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Previous experience in a leadership role in tax and accounting within a corporate setting
