They are seeking a Maximo Functional Administrator to assist with the transition to IBM Maximo Scheduler, which includes implementation, configuration, and end-user support.

Responsibilities
Maximo Scheduler Implementation & Support
Collaborate with the PSU Maximo team to design, configure, and optimize Maximo Scheduler to align with organizational requirements
Monitor implementation progress and provide regular status reports to management
Coordinate with the training team to develop and deliver training materials for end users
Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure functional readiness
Provide post–go-live support to end users, ensuring successful adoption and minimal disruption
Offer guidance, training, and functional expertise to stakeholders in support of Penn State’s strategic business objectives
Maintain the integrity, reliability, and performance of the Maximo application and its associated data
Evaluate new applications or system enhancements and define functional requirements, including design, testing, and implementation activities
Develop and oversee solutions for complex or high-impact issues that may influence university-wide processes or standards
Work independently on strategic initiatives while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the organization
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Maximo Scheduler configuration, implementation, and end-user support
Preferred
Project management experience
