Responsibilities

Resolve escalated Tier 2 issues related to sleep test devices, mobile apps, and web platforms
Troubleshoot complex issues involving physiological signal data (e.g., signal dropouts, syncing errors, corrupted or missing data)
Diagnose device connectivity problems (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, firmware issues)
Analyze logs, system events, and data pipelines to identify root causes
Support patient-facing mobile applications and clinician-facing dashboards
Validate sleep test data integrity and ensure proper report generation
Collaborate with engineering and QA to investigate bugs and verify fixes
Work with clinical and operations teams to address workflow-related issues
Document known issues, troubleshooting steps, and best practices in the knowledge base
Identify recurring issues and contribute to product and process improvements
Support Tier 1 agents with advanced guidance and mentoring
Ensure compliance with internal SLAs and healthcare data handling standards

Required

2–4+ years of experience in Tier 2 technical support, IT support, or product support
Experience supporting hardware + software ecosystems (IoT, medical devices, wearables, or health tech preferred)
Strong troubleshooting skills across mobile apps, web applications, and backend systems
Ability to analyze logs, system metrics, and structured data
Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and basic SQL queries
Experience working with mobile platforms (iOS / Android)
Background in SaaS or regulated environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining technical issues to non-technical users
