Responsibilities
Assist stakeholders and category teams across USAC in professional services procurement
Prepare and manage RFPs to support sourcing initiatives
Conduct price analysis to support negotiation strategies
Verify purchase requests for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with procurement policies
Support transactional procurement activities and ensure timely processing
Extract, manage, and analyze procurement data using systems such as SharePoint
Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
Support contract renewals, updates, and extensions
Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on operational procurement matters
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in indirect procurement
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Solid project management capabilities
Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience with procurement tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint preferred)
