Responsibilities
Prepare and lead estimates for commercial ground-up and renovation projects
Develop conceptual budgets, hard bids, GMPs, and negotiated work
Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysis
Solicit, review, and level subcontractor bids across all trades
Participate in scope reviews, value engineering, and constructability discussions
Collaborate with project managers and field teams during handoff and execution
Support client meetings and preconstruction presentations
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as an Estimator with a General Contractor
Strong background in commercial construction, including retail, restaurant, corporate interiors, education, and/or healthcare
Experience with both ground-up and renovation projects
Proficiency with estimating software and construction documents
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
