Lead/StaffNational Legal Aid & Defender Association is seeking a Staff Attorney to work on Employment Law matters. The attorney will focus on handling unemployment cases and employment discrimination while also engaging in community outreach and education.

Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in the Massachusetts Bar
Experience in Employment Law, particularly in unemployment cases, wage and hour issues, leave issues, and employment discrimination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage in community outreach and education
Willingness to work closely with community partners
Ability to work in CWJC's Worcester office
