Responsibilities

Create visualizations, reports, and analyses of marketing and enterprise data using tools like Tableau and Excel to provide actionable insights
Collaborate with marketing and sales leaders to understand business requirements, identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement
Capture the full customer journey, including lead qualification, conversion, and ROI analysis
Measure member engagement and propensity to renew, lapse, or increase participation
Document processes and technology, providing recommendations to improve business workflows and tools
Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly marketing KPI/ROI reports and train end-users on report and dashboard utilization

Required

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a data analysis or business analytics role
Proven expertise in data cleaning, reporting, and visualization
Proficiency with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
Working knowledge of coding languages such as R, Python, SAS, or SQL
Strong understanding of marketing analytics and analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas clearly
Team-oriented with strong time and workload management skills

Preferred

Master's Degree in a related quantitative discipline
