1+ years expClearSource BPO is seeking a motivated Associate Civil Engineer to support their client’s expanding Solar Program. In this role, you’ll review and validate the structural integrity of residential rooftop solar designs and ensure they meet engineering standards.

Responsibilities
Review and analyze structural integrity of residential rooftop solar designs
Required to consistently handle high production volumes efficiently while maintaining quality
Research engineering requirements for potential new markets
Provide Structural Engineering support for Site Technicians, Designers, Permit Coordinators, and Installers
Provide onsite field inspections and Structural Observations Reports when requested
Works with PE Team in taking direction and executing on special projects as needed (Engineering SOP, New Product Research, etc.)
Additional responsibilities as needed

Qualification
Required
Civil Engineer Graduates with at least 1-year related working experience
English written communication and Verbal Communication must be strong
Preferred
License preferred but not required
