Strong Customer Service skills, ensuring guest satisfaction and upholding Applegreen hospitality standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members, leadership, and stakeholders
Preferred
Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and emerging trends within the hospitality or retail industry is an added advantage
A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
