Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting across all operating divisions
Prepare and present executive financial reports, board materials, and variance analyses
Analyze gross margin, profitability, cost centers, and run-rate performance
Partner with department leaders to explain trends, drivers, and financial results
Support audits, ensure internal controls, and manage financial reconciliations
Develop financial models for strategic initiatives (deals, acquisitions, divestitures)
Supervise, mentor, and develop up to 3 FP&A staff members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
5–10 years of FP&A experience
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Preferred
SAP experience
