Mid LevelPIP Global Safety is seeking a Production Fulfillment Lead to manage daily operations in their distribution and fulfillment center. This role focuses on ensuring accuracy and efficiency in production processing while supporting and training a team.

Responsibilities
Review of Item Velocity Reports to ensure items are effectively located to increase picker productivity, reduce replenishment and maximize space utilization in the facility
Assist in the slotting of new items at the time of receiving
Slotting items into pick slots to support outbound sales
Utilize different slot types based on product movement, physical characteristics and pick method
Update of warehouse pick, and reserve pallet locations as needed
Ensure warehouse mapping current
Run daily/weekly reports to show warehouse capacity
Review product placement to increase warehouse efficiency and productivity by reduction in replenishment tasks and associate travel time
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational skills
Commitment to quality
Ability to support and train a team
Ability to stand for long periods
Sufficient physical ability to occasionally push and pull, frequently bend, walk, lift, carry, and reach moderate amounts of weight in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and health regulations
Ability to reduce product damages stemming from incorrect product placement
Preferred
Associate degree in a related field is a plus
