Responsibilities
Own the technical architecture and implementation from day one
Make critical decisions about our tech stack, infrastructure, and development processes
Ship fast, iterate with real customer feedback, and drive product-market fit
Potentially join customer meetings and demos (local advantage)
Wear multiple hats—from backend infrastructure to product features to DevOps
Help shape our engineering culture and hire the team as we grow
Qualification
Required
Location: Based in the DMV area (Maryland strongly preferred)
