Responsibilities
Help build outreach lists and send personalized outreach
Support relationship tracking and follow-ups
Assist with content planning and scheduling
Help coordinate assets and keep our social workflow organized
Support planning and prep for events/activations
Help with guest lists, run-of-show docs, and day-of coordination
Keep trackers, docs, and Notion systems clean and updated
Assist with research and administrative tasks that move projects forward
Qualification
Required
local to Austin/San Antonio, Houston, or Dallas
highly organized and can follow through without being chased
comfortable writing clearly (DMs, emails, short outreach)
interested in creators, brand partnerships, and events
Preferred
any relevant links (portfolio, socials, writing samples, etc. optional)
