Responsibilities
Provide administration and support for enterprise systems
Build automation scripts and application dashboards for proactive monitoring
Configure alerts and monitoring in tools such as Grafana, Influx, Datadog, Moog, and Thousand Eyes
Contribute to SDLC process improvements and operational enhancements
Perform hands‑on system administration, monitoring, and deployment activities
Support Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022) hosted on virtual machines
Apply networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and routing
Support Linux and Windows systems with troubleshooting and performance tuning
Develop automation using .NET, C#, PowerShell, YAML, Java, Python, or Bash
Work with SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or Postgres databases
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve system reliability and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
6–8 years of enterprise-level administration and support experience
6–8 years of automation scripting, monitoring dashboard development, and alert configuration experience
6–8 years of SDLC practice and process improvement experience
Strong experience with system administration, monitoring, and deployment in distributed environments
Experience with Windows Server virtualization environments
Knowledge of IP networking principles
Familiarity with distributed systems and high-availability architectures
Experience with Linux and Windows system troubleshooting and tuning
Proficiency in one or more development/scripting languages (.NET, C#, PowerShell, YAML, Java, Python, Bash)
Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or Postgres databases
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Strong customer orientation and proactive issue ownership
Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving capability and willingness to tackle complex issues
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in distributed environments
