VP of Regional Revenue
Crypto Rising Hub is focused on driving revenue growth in the crypto space, and they are seeking a VP of Regional Revenue to oversee regional sales, customer success, and operations teams. The role involves developing revenue strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring compliance while driving team performance.

Responsibilities
Develop regional revenue growth strategies and annual/quarterly targets (ARR/ACV/GMV, etc.) based on the company's overall strategy
Identify regional market opportunities, competitive landscape, and industry trends to develop market entry and expansion plans
Responsible for regional budget, resource allocation, and return on investment evaluation to maximize investment returns
Lead the regional sales team, establishing clear sales processes, forecasting models, and pipeline management mechanisms
Drive the acquisition and retention of key accounts and large customers, increasing customer share and retention rates
Responsible for channel partnership strategies and partner ecosystem development (agents, distributors, system integrators, etc.)
Collaborate with customer success/delivery teams to ensure customer value realization and long-term partnerships
Establish a strategy system for renewals, expansions, and upgrades to increase customer lifetime value (CLV)
Manage customer risk and churn, and drive early warning and recovery mechanisms
Recruit, train, and manage the regional core team (sales, channels, customer success, market support, etc.)
Establish a KPI system and incentive mechanisms to improve team execution and performance
Promote cross-functional collaboration, driving cooperation between product, marketing, operations, and finance
Responsible for the process standardization and risk control of regional revenue operations (orders, contracts, pricing, discounts, collections, etc.)
Oversee the implementation of compliance requirements, anti-money laundering, data security, customer onboarding, and other relevant policies
Regularly report regional revenue performance, risks, and strategy adjustments to headquarters/board of directors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above
20+ years of sales/revenue management experience
At least 10 years of regional or multi-regional management experience
Possesses complete sales cycle management capabilities: customer acquisition, deal closing, delivery, renewal, and expansion
Familiar with regional market analysis, pricing strategies, channel management, and customer lifecycle management
Possesses strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making abilities
Possesses organizational change capabilities and can drive strategic implementation in complex environments
Excellent cross-functional coordination, negotiation, and customer communication skills
Strong results orientation and execution ability, capable of leading teams to achieve high targets
Able to grasp macro trends and translate them into actionable regional plans
Able to build high-performing teams and process systems
Possesses compliance, financial, and business risk control capabilities
Integrity, prudence, customer-oriented, and focused on long-term value creation
Preferred
MBA or equivalent degree
Experience in SaaS, FinTech, digital assets, financial services, technology, or manufacturing industries
