Responsibilities
Lead Fundraising: Serve as the face of the company to the US investor community to secure the capital needed for rapid regional expansion
0-to-1 Growth: Convert our beta traction into a high-growth revenue machine, defining the playbook for subscriptions, marketplace commissions, and B2B data insights
Strategic Expansion: Lead the charge in entering the US market while scaling our existing model to major markets like Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia
Commercial Partnerships: Build the bridge between our tech and enterprise partners, including veterinary networks, insurance providers, and property management groups
Product-Market Loop: Use "boots on the ground" feedback to steer the technical roadmap toward high-value market needs like Predictive AI and connected health ecosystems
Qualification
Required
Founder/Leadership Experience: 7+ years in high-growth leadership (CEO, CRO, or Founder) with a track record of building US-based startups from the ground up
Fundraising Track Record: Proven ability to raise capital and navigate Seed to Series A funding rounds
Risk Appetite: You have the financial runway and mindset to work for equity until our first major funding round or significant revenue milestone is achieved
