Responsibilities
Design, prototype, and test electromechanical systems for high-altitude platforms
Integrate mechanical, electrical, and embedded systems
Support environmental, vibration, thermal, and flight testing
Troubleshoot and iterate hardware from concept to flight-ready
Collaborate across avionics, software, and operations teams
Qualification
Required
Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or similar)
Hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, motors, and embedded hardware
Strong prototyping and integration skills across mechanical & electrical systems
Experience building and testing real hardware
Preferred
Aerospace, UAV, robotics, or harsh-environment experience
Startup experience or comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
