Responsibilities
End-to-End Ownership: Own the full software lifecycle—from gathering requirements directly from portfolio managers to deployment and production support
System Architecture: Design and contribute to a cohesive system architecture, ensuring all services and integrations follow sound engineering patterns
Fullstack Development: Build and extend features across the entire stack, integrating with Postgres, Snowflake, and internal APIs
Operational Excellence: Implement logging, metrics, and monitoring to ensure stability; troubleshoot production issues with permanent, root-cause fixes
Engineering Quality: Elevate the team through rigorous code reviews, documentation, and a focus on overall system experience beyond just your immediate features
Qualification
Required
7+ years in Software Engineering proven track record of delivering real-world, end-to-end solutions
Extensive experience working with AI technologies (LLMs, Agents, AI code assist) and an understanding of how AI can transform financial services
Strong literacy in data infrastructure, coding best practices, and building scalable frameworks
Success in leading products from 0 to 1; comfortable translating business needs into technical roadmaps without a business analyst
Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and collaborative with an 'owner's mindset'
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Preferred
Advanced degree like an MBA or Masters is a plus
