Required

Attention to detail and ability to evaluate client needs to match appropriate coverage solutions
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a personable and professional demeanor
Active insurance license in the state of Texas is required
Preferred
Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not mandatory
Proficiency in using insurance software and maintaining accurate records is a plus
