Information Technology
Responsibilities
Perform routine data entry and data validation tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Initiate and track third‑party orders, including title, appraisal, hazard insurance, flood certifications, and credit reports
Review and validate loan documentation to ensure completeness and compliance
Respond to routine inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and/or chat
Monitor assigned work queues and escalate or intervene as necessary to meet service level expectations
Support additional operational tasks as assigned
Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s culture, values, and customer‑first mindset
Qualification
Required
Mortgage industry or mortgage operations knowledge
Banking or financial services experience
Customer service orientation
Attention to detail and time management
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment
