Responsibilities
Prepare and/or review of moderate and complex business and personal income tax returns, including multi-state and client tax planning
Prepare and/or review of trust and estate tax returns
Provide leadership and guidance to other professionals in the office
Serve clients with a high level of competence and build lasting relationships
Expand technical and professional knowledge through more significant exposure to new client situations, regular self-study, and formal training opportunities
Qualification
Required
7+ years of tax experience preparing complex tax returns for individuals and corporations
Excel at engagement management and operational excellence, developing standards in these areas for the firm
Demonstrate personal productivity and maintain high levels of utilization and region profitability by supporting multiple industry and service areas when not working in their respective major areas
CPA or EA designation
Exhibit strong people management and team building skills. Highly personable
Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate complex tax regulations
High level of integrity, leadership and professionalism
Ability to Commute - Greenwood Village, CO 80111 (Required)
Ability to Relocate - Greenwood Village, CO 80111: Relocate before starting work (Required)
