Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building automation, security, and technology systems at client sites
Inspect systems for proper functionality
Perform routine maintenance
Diagnose issues
Ensure optimal performance
Provide technical support and satisfy customer service needs
Qualification
Required
Knowledge in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building automation and security systems
Experience with technology systems, instructional technology, and energy services
Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to system repair and diagnostics
Strong communication skills for customer service and team collaboration
Ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling to client sites
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Technical certifications or training are a plus
Experience with security systems or building automation systems is advantageous
