Draft and implement estate plans, including wills, revocable trusts, and irrevocable trusts
Advise clients on income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning
Assist with probate, trust, and estate administration
Support business succession and family-office planning matters
Conduct advanced legal research and draft complex legal memoranda
Qualification
Required
2+ years of sophisticated estate and tax planning experience
Prior law firm private practice experience required
Strong drafting skills for complex estate planning documents
Superior legal research and writing capabilities
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
Preferred
LL.M. in Tax, CPA license, or accounting degree strongly preferred
