Inside Sales Account Representative

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing the full "Rock to Dock" supply chain process
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently
Monitor and analyze customer requirements to identify areas of continuous improvement and revenue growth opportunities
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing fluctuations
Collaborate with Outside Sales Account Executives and internal teams to optimize inventory, logistics, and supply chain strategies for key accounts
Qualification
Required
Experience in the steel service center industry or metals industry is required
Strong coordination, customer service, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); ERP system experience is a plus
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
