Coordinate interviews and assist with offer letters
Conduct phone screenings for entry-level roles
Manage background checks and pre-employment steps
Prepare onboarding documentation and facilitate orientation sessions
Maintain accurate records in ATS and HRIS
Provide HR support and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
1 - 3 years of HR/recruitment experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems
Preferred
SHRM-CP preferred
