Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements

Support enhancements to sales, marketing, and customer platforms
Collaborate with product, marketing, and IT teams
Ensure solutions meet business objectives
Prepare BRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams
Support UAT and solution validation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst experience
Strong analytical and communication skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
