Responsibilities
Lead the subcontracting process for metallic build to print components that support the production and sustainment of the F-35 Lightning II platform
Develop Request for proposal/Request for quote packages for metallic build to print components required to produce and/or support the sustainment of the F-35 Lightning II platform
Schedule and lead pre bid briefings and Q&A sessions
Review technical compliance against drawings and specifications
Conduct cost, schedule, and risk assessments
Apply weighted evaluation criteria to rank/recommend offers
Negotiate contract terms
Create and document long-term agreement contract packages
Develop solutions for complex problems which require ingenuity and innovation
Qualification
Required
Experience reading engineering drawings
Experience conducting large, multi-year competitions
An experienced communicator
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
