Program Manager II, Investment Governance and Analytics, Cloud Networking

Responsibilities
Drive financial governance across the governance investment and analytics organization, including analysis of submarine cables, network assets, and cable landing stations
Deliver forecasts of capital and operating expenses at quarterly intervals in partnership with business leads, budget owners, and the finance organization
Analyze and organize large data sets and reports into clear and succinct summaries that drive critical business decisions
Develop financial models and analyze them to support defined strategic initiatives
Serve as the primary liaison and central point of contact for various cross-functional partners including Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program or project management
Experience in financial reporting and modeling (ex. organizing data sets into financial summaries, CapEx/OpEx tracking, investment forecasting, etc.)
Experience working with networking or infrastructure teams (ex. cloud infrastructure, terrestrial networking, submarine cable systems, etc.)
Preferred
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, Finance, Legal) to establish governance frameworks or optimize business processes
Experience managing global infrastructure programs with a focus on data center assets
