Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the hiring and onboarding processes
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates in a timely manner
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process
Create a positive candidate experience for all applicants, whether selected or not
Perform other recruitment-related tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of GTM full-cycle recruiting experience with a SaaS company
Extensive experience with MS Office suite of software
Proven analytical and problem-solving ability
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Unquestionable integrity and reputation for maintaining confidentiality
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
