Responsibilities
Process transactions and verify information
Perform intraday and end-of-day reconciliation
Ensure all deadlines and requirements are met
Provide superior client service
Ensure timely response to internal and external requests
Follow up on open inquiries
Identify and document errors to reduce exposure
Interact with other departments for issue resolution
Manage associated fund account projects
Assist with defining procedures and controls
Prepare and execute required fund documentation
Investigate and respond to inquiries related to fund account openings
Maintain and review daily department reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Recent Graduate
1 to 2 years of financial services experience (internships count)
Proven knowledge of one or more product areas within Operations
Ability to perform technical responsibilities with high competence
Preferred
Aptitude for thorough and timely research, analysis, and resolution
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and juggle assignments
Teamwork capability
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
