The role involves managing the sales pipeline, following up with leads, and converting them into paying customers without the need for prospecting.

Responsibilities
Conduct 45-min sales calls with leads with the goal and intention to convert them into a paying customer by enrolling them in the Career Matchmaker group coaching program
Manage sales pipeline from talking calls to taking deposits and payments, signing contracts, and getting new clients set up in Slack, Teachable, and any other systems as needed
Fill out sales tracker with notes to properly manage lead flow
Follow up with leads via email, future calls, or other mediums as directed

you are self-sufficient, resourceful, tact, ambitious, and know how to think and operate in the grey area

you are NOT trying to become an entrepreneur & you want a consistent job

Preferred
experience selling high ticket coaching, consulting, courses etc
an understanding of the online coaching business
gets excited about psychology, scripts, making tiny improvements
legitimate passion for sales and doing enrollment sales calls
background in/knowledge of NLP
