Responsibilities
Serve as the dedicated 401k specialist supporting multiple advisors
Source, design, and sell new and existing 401k plan opportunities
Introduce and educate Cash Balance plan strategies for business owners, etc
Develop and grow a book of qualified retirement plan clients
Leverage market knowledge to identify opportunities across Colorado and select U.S. regions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience working with TPAs, plan design, sales, and sourcing 401k plans
Strong understanding of the current 401k marketplace, particularly in Colorado and Western U.S. markets
Proven ability to work independently with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent relationship-building and consultative sales skills
