Responsibilities

Drive local digital revenue growth, focusing on meeting and exceeding your Digital Services revenue goals
Work with your team to ensure the forecast is accurate. Identify opportunities for growth, adjusting strategies as needed. Collaborate with the Digital Account Management teams on upsells for MRR clients. Collaborate with your sales team(s) on flight upsells and renewals
Collaborate with your team to develop and implement effective omni-channel solutions
Utilize your resources: Regional DSM and our expert team at Helpdesk when needed
Serve as an expert on digital products and platforms, educating the sales team and clients on their benefits and applications
Lead team(s) of account executives, providing coaching, training, and supporting them on sales calls to help them exceed sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing customized solutions
Master the proposal and reporting tools provided
Collaborate with operations through our ticketing system
