Sales Executive (Salesforce)
Everymind is part of AI/R, a dedicated AI software engineering group focused on embedding AI into enterprise interactions. The Sales Executive will lead business development for Salesforce and AgentForce solutions, working to modernize sales, service, marketing, and operations for mid-market and enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory plan focused on mid-market organizations modernizing their sales, service, marketing, and operations on Salesforce and AgentForce
Own the end-to-end sales cycle for Salesforce and AgentForce–based projects and programs, from initial discovery and qualification through solution framing, proposal development, negotiation, and close
Run deep discovery sessions to understand existing Salesforce landscapes, bottlenecks, and strategic priorities, then convert them into clear AI-enabled use cases (autonomous case resolution, AI-assisted selling, workflow automation, agent copilots)
Collaborate with AI/R’s Salesforce architects, AI engineers, and industry experts—leveraging Everymind’s Salesforce delivery strength—to design credible, value-based solutions that integrate Salesforce clouds with agentic AI capabilities
Position AI/R as a strategic Salesforce partner by demonstrating how the highest-tier partner status, specialized solution experts, and mature delivery processes reduce risk and accelerate impact
Build strong, multi-threaded relationships with business and IT stakeholders—Revenue Operations, Sales and Service Leaders, Marketing Operations, and Technology—managing complex buying groups effectively
Work closely with the Salesforce and AgentForce teams, where appropriate, to align account strategies, co-selling motions, and joint narratives that showcase the power of AI-native Salesforce implementations
Maintain disciplined pipeline and forecast management, providing clear visibility into deal stages, risks, and timelines as AI/R scales its Salesforce practice in the U.S. What Success Looks Like
Achievement of new business revenue targets in the mid-market, with a growing portfolio of Salesforce and AgentForce–powered client wins
A robust, well-qualified pipeline of AI-first Salesforce opportunities aligned to AI/R’s strategic focus areas
Client relationships that expand over time into multi-workstream, multi-year AI and Salesforce programs
Tangible contribution to establishing AI/R as a leading AI + Salesforce partner in the U.S. market
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of closing experience in B2B or enterprise software/services sales, ideally with a focus on CRM, Salesforce, or related cloud platforms
Experience selling Salesforce-based solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Revenue/CPQ), with a strong interest in or exposure to AI-led use cases
Ability to articulate and sell the value of AI agents, automation, and data-driven workflows in the context of Salesforce and customer-facing teams
Proven track record of prospecting, building a pipeline, and closing mid-market deals involving multiple stakeholders
Strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging VP and Director-level stakeholders across business and technology
Proficiency with CRM tools for territory management, pipeline tracking, and forecasting
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
