7Seventy Recruiting is seeking an Executive Care Coordinator to play a critical operational and client-experience role in the healthcare sector. This role involves coordinating care plans, managing client interactions, and ensuring efficient operations within a precision medicine environment.

Information Services

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary non-clinical point of contact for assigned clients
Coordinate and schedule physician visits, health coaching sessions, laboratory testing, imaging, and follow-up appointments
Ensure timely completion of diagnostics, intake materials, and required documentation
Track care plan milestones and follow-through across clients, physicians, and health coaches
Proactively identify and resolve logistical or scheduling barriers to care delivery
Support onboarding of new clients and transitions between care phases
Operate within established clinical workflows, protocols, and escalation pathways
Route clinical questions appropriately to physicians or health coaches while maintaining clear scope boundaries
Monitor client engagement, adherence, and utilization patterns, flagging concerns for the clinical team
Support internal care reviews, team meetings, and coordination efforts
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EMR and operational systems
Track and maintain operational performance metrics, including responsiveness, turnaround times, appointment completion rates, and client satisfaction indicators
Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements
Assist with the development and refinement of standardized care coordination procedures
Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in onboarding and mentoring of new Care Coordinators as needed
Contribute to internal training materials, documentation, and best-practice development
Maintain professionalism, composure, and accountability in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in care coordination, patient navigation, clinical operations, or healthcare administration
Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working with EMRs, scheduling tools, and digital health platforms
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment

Preferred

Experience in concierge medicine, telemedicine, or integrative healthcare settings
Familiarity with laboratory, imaging, and referral workflows
Experience supporting executive-level or high-expectation client populations
Background in healthcare operations, nursing support, or medical office management
