Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s overall operations strategy, translating corporate goals into actionable plans and measurable KPIs
Oversee day-to-day operational management, including process optimization, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration
Lead and monitor key projects and core business initiatives, ensuring timelines, quality standards, cost controls, and risk management are met
Establish and continuously improve operational systems, policies, and standardized processes to increase organizational effectiveness
Leverage data analysis and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and operational excellence
Build, lead, and mentor high-performing operations teams while strengthening organizational capabilities and leadership pipelines
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Investment, and Human Resources teams to support long-term business growth and strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
8+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within mid-to-large organizations or high-growth environments
Proven experience building and scaling operational frameworks from early-stage or expansion phases
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Highly data-driven with strong analytical and business judgment abilities
Preferred
International exposure or multi-region operational experience is a plus
