Senior Leader Assessment and Development Advisor (Hybrid)

Mayo Clinic Healthcare London is seeking a Senior Leader Assessment and Development Advisor to drive leadership and succession planning efforts. The role involves assessing, designing, and implementing leadership development initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

Assess, design, develop, implement, and evaluate enterprise-wide leadership development, assessment, succession planning and coaching initiatives
Serve as a primary architect for succession planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and future leadership needs
Implement and integrate leadership assessments into leadership development and succession planning
Identify trends, measure impact, and inform decisions related to leadership pipelines and talent readiness through data analysis and visualization
Engage in broad, complex, enterprise, and shield advancing initiatives
Work closely with leadership and stakeholders in developing mission-related strategy and influencing change for a broad spectrum of needs
Effectively manage and influence cross-functional, matrix and site relationships
Engage and collaborate with Senior leadership including presenting to executive leadership groups/C-suite
Ensure a systemic, enterprise viewpoint when engaging and developing leadership and organization solutions
Serve as program/project leader and may supervise project activities and implementation by less experienced team members
Bring understanding of external environment challenges, trends, and best practices
Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader related to building world class talent and leadership to support Mayo Clinic’s mission

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a related field
8+ years of professional experience in leadership, organization development, or human resources

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong conceptual, analytical and consulting skills
Ability to build partnerships within teams and across departments
Budget management skills
Knowledge of talent development and adult learning principle
Consulting and coaching skills
Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred

Master's Degree or Ph.D. in related field
HR certification: SPHR, PHR, GPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or ACC
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., MBTI, DISC, EQ-I, Lominger, etc.)
Coaching experience
Healthcare experience
Experience in internal or external consulting roles
