Responsibilities

Learn and execute on our Operating Rhythm, including but not limited to Weekly Business Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, Deal Advisory and Deal Reviews
Understand the Payments End-to-End ecosystem while seeking opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
Leads the completion of ad-hoc activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements. This may include exciting opportunities to work on Communications and other innovative initiatives
Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
Champion a culture or learning , ownership mindset, and collaboration
Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development

Required

Ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Thrives in a fast-paced environment; adapts quickly, works collaboratively, takes initiative, and manages multiple priorities
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

Preferred

2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Strategy and / or Commercialization
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
