Oversee hiring, job descriptions, interviews, checks, and new employee orientation/onboarding processes
Mediate conflicts, address grievances, manage disciplinary issues, and conduct exit interviews
Implement performance review systems, provide coaching, and develop employee growth plans
Administer benefits (health, insurance, retirement), manage payroll, and ensure competitive salary structures
Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations
Plan and conduct training programs, create employee handbooks, and develop leadership skills
Shape a positive workplace culture, align HR initiatives with business objectives, and support organizational development
