Sales Representative/Business Development Manager
PrideStaff is working with a growing company in the Springboro/Dayton area, offering an opportunity for a Sales Representative/Business Development Manager. This role involves driving revenue through new business development and managing existing accounts while marketing the company's software solutions and document management products.

Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business through outside territory visits and in-office cold calling to secure appointments. Most of the activity will be outside, direct sales
Build and maintain strong partnerships with new and existing customers while communicating the industry value of the company and its portfolio of services
Create and execute detailed daily, weekly, and monthly activity plans to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas
Prepare and deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations, both on-site and in-house, tailored to qualified customers
Utilize CRM tools and Excel to manage territories, track prospects, and provide monthly sales forecasting and lease reports
Qualification
Required
2+ years in sales and at least 1yr of outside business-to-business selling experience
At least one year of outside (B2B) sales experience is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with strong negotiation and customer service abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a commitment to learning all facets of software and hardware solutions
Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and have the ability to travel throughout the assigned sales territory
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; however, a comparable record of sales experience will be considered
