Responsibilities
Red-team conversational AI models and agents through jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse cases, bias exploitation, and multi-turn manipulation
Generate high-quality human evaluation data by annotating failures, classifying vulnerabilities, and flagging systemic risks
Apply structured taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to ensure consistent and reproducible testing
Document findings clearly by producing reports, datasets, and adversarial cases that customers can act on
Support multiple projects by adapting testing approaches across different AI systems and customer needs
Qualification
Required
Native-level fluency in both English and French
Strong professional background in AI red teaming, adversarial testing, cybersecurity, or socio-technical risk analysis
Demonstrated ability to identify and exploit weaknesses in AI systems using structured methodologies
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain risks to technical and non-technical audiences
High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and disciplined documentation practices
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage flexible workloads
