Managing the full loan process, from initiating and evaluating mortgage applications to ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines
Assisting clients through the home-buying or refinancing process
Providing expert customer service and building strong relationships to meet individual financial needs and goals
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as Loan Officer or within the Mortgage Lending industry
Knowledge of underwriting and a solid understanding of mortgage lending processes
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency with lending and financial software is a plus
Licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator per NMLS requirements
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
