Business Development Manager

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with hospitals, surgery centers, and health systems, focusing on untapped accounts and territories
Generate leads through conferences, cold outreach, referrals, and strategic partnerships
Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, and contracts to win new client accounts
Drive the new business pipeline, ensuring opportunities progress toward executed contracts and revenue generation
Build and maintain long-term client relationships that drive recurring and sustainable revenue growth
Represent the company professionally to strengthen the organization’s reputation for value-added differentiation through strategic relationships with key prospects and partners
Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless client service and delivery
Travel as needed to meet with prospects and clients to further develop partnerships and opportunities
Attend regional and national conferences to expand the company’s presence, generate new contacts, and cultivate qualified leads
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategy
Track, update, and maintain CRM records to ensure accurate documentation of communications, leads, and opportunities
Track, report, and analyze business development performance metrics to support continuous improvement
Perform other duties as assigned

Secondary focus on opportunistic permanent placement opportunities
Leads outreach, proposal development, and contract negotiations for prospective accounts
Collaborates with recruiters, operations, and the Marketing team
Develops and maintains long-term relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, and health systems
Drives sustainable revenue growth
Represents the company at industry events and professional forums
Reports directly to the VP Strategy & General Manager, Staffing Solutions
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with hospitals, surgery centers, and health systems
