They are seeking a Director, Client Growth & Partnerships responsible for driving new business and expanding strategic client relationships across their agencies.

Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and close new business with biotech and pharmaceutical clients
Own outbound prospecting, networking, and conference engagement
Lead pitch presentations, capability overviews, and BD discussions
Develop proposals, scopes of work, pricing, and RFP/RFI responses
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and meet annual revenue targets
Expand existing client relationships through consultative selling
Qualification
Required
5+ years of business development or client growth experience in medical communications, life sciences consulting, or a related environment
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong understanding of biotech/pharma commercialization and medical affairs
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in high-growth environments
Preferred
Winning new logos in biotech and/or pharma
Selling scientific communications, publications, advisory boards, congress strategy, or KOL programs
Experience working across multiple agency brands or internal teams
