Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing, identifying, and hiring top IT talent
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, negotiate offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment
Strong expertise in Technical Recruiting and Hiring processes
Demonstrated ability to assess candidate fit, both technically and culturally
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the US IT industry or recruitment is highly advantageous
