Responsibilities

Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-native products and solutions
Act as the primary Product Owner for AI initiatives, translating business goals into clear, actionable product requirements
Lead and facilitate strategy and discovery engagements, including problem framing, opportunity identification, and solution definition
Collaborate with clients as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their business challenges, especially within regulated environments such as U.S. Healthcare
Partner closely with engineering, data science, design, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of AI products
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value and customer outcomes
Guide Agile ceremonies and ensure best practices are followed across delivery teams
Drive continuous feedback loops using user insights, data, and experimentation to refine and optimize AI solutions
Ensure responsible, scalable, and ethical use of AI technologies in product design and delivery

Required

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager leading AI or data-driven product development
Strong experience leading strategy and discovery engagements with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated success working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks)
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, product-centric organizations
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Preferred

Experience building or delivering Conversational AI solutions (chatbots, virtual assistants, voice interfaces)
U.S. Healthcare domain experience, including familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations
Prior consulting or client-facing experience in AI or digital transformation initiatives
