This role offers an opportunity to lead tax planning and compliance while contributing to strategic direction and potentially gaining an ownership stake in the firm.

Responsibilities
Lead tax planning, preparation, and compliance for a diverse portfolio of individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships with professionalism, responsiveness, and strategic insight
Conduct complex tax research and provide well-supported advisory guidance
Review and mentor junior staff on tax returns and technical matters
Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements (preferred but not required)
Gradually assume greater leadership responsibilities as senior partners scale back involvement
Contribute to the firm's long-term strategic planning and growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Experience in tax planning, preparation, and compliance for individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary clients
Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and responsiveness
Conduct complex tax research and provide advisory guidance
Experience in reviewing and mentoring junior staff on tax returns and technical matters
Willingness to gradually assume greater leadership responsibilities
Preferred
Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements (preferred but not required)
