Responsibilities
Join a fast-paced and dynamic team in support of major national and international companies
Provide legal support in the area of trademark/copyright law, trademark/title clearance and opinion letters, international trademark/copyright portfolio maintenance, management, and enforcement, and due diligence/M&A
Communicate effectively with clients and work well as a team member
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the area of trademark/copyright law
Experience in trademark/title clearance and opinion letters
Experience in international trademark/copyright portfolio maintenance, management, and enforcement
Experience in due diligence/M&A
Ability to write very well
Sound judgment
Effective communication skills with clients
Ability to work well as a team member
Previous law firm experience
Desire to grow career for the long term
Preferred
Beneficial experience includes licensing and related transactions
Experience working on entertainment/media, tech, social media, online services and consumer products
