Change Management Analyst/Lead
Lakuna Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management Analyst/Lead to drive successful change initiatives. The role focuses on developing and implementing change management strategies, leading efforts to ensure stakeholder engagement, and monitoring the effectiveness of change initiatives.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support organizational initiatives
Lead change management efforts, including communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement
Assess change impact and readiness, identifying risks and developing mitigation plans
Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans
Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees to facilitate adoption of new processes and systems
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as needed
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management on change progress and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degrees preferred
Proven experience in change management, project management, or organizational development
Strong leadership and influencing skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities
Knowledge of change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter
Ability to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
Preferred
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner) is a plus
